 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went under my crawlspace today and got a closer look at the work done by Renu and it looks like Nathan's team did a good job. Before their work, my crawlspace had water that often sat around some perimeters, some mold, badly cracked support beams, cracked joists, beams that were insufficiently supported, and areas that were inaccessible. Jose and his crew worked really hard to address these issues and it looks like a much better and healthier crawlspace. Jose was really easy to talk to and answered all my questions. After they had finished the initial job, I had concerns about a few things and they continued to work to address my concerns. The vapor barrier is thick and looks excellent! It looks very neat and clean in the crawlspace now. They seem to have gone above and beyond in the work they did to make sure my beams and walls were appropriately supported. Brittany in the office was very patient and understanding, helped address my concerns, and made sure everything worked out. Some of the spaces were really difficult to work in and I'm grateful for the hard work they did.

For years I put off the job and tried to save money by doing things myself, which only prolonged what really needed to be done. If you’re thinking about which company to go with or on the fence, I recommend that you give RENU Renovations an opportunity just to give you an estimate.  I was really sold on day one after talking to Nathan. I knew I had  problems but didn’t realize to what extent.   I had excessive water, mold, potential foundation and insulation issues.  Nathan was not pushy and just laid out the facts and he supported those facts with pictures and knowledge. The work crew were always friendly and to be honest worked extremely hard.  I know I watched most of it. The office professionals always got  me the information I needed or had Nathan return my calls. I’m always willing to talk to anyone about my experience with my crawlspace before and after the job.  I talk to a lot of people about it and how happy I am with the work.
